BPLG Co-Sponsorship Information

• The applicant must be an active BPLG or REFORMA member.

• The applicant must submit the request form two months in advance of the event.

• The application for funds request and follow up program evaluation must be presented in person at regular meetings.

• The presenter should provide information on the funding they have available from their system.

• There is a limit of a yearly grant of $300 maximum per branch, unless there are mitigating circumstances.

• Requests for additional funding for special programs will be discussed and evaluated for approval.

• Members requesting funds are encouraged to attend regular BPLG meetings in addition to the two requested for approving the release of funds.

• Please provide articles and other available documents such as photos, flyers, posters, etc, (electronic versions are encouraged) for possible publication in the REFORMA Newsletter.

• If Co-sponsorship is granted, please complete a BPLG Co-sponsorship Evaluation form.
